What is Leadership Pharr? |

Created nearly 20 years ago, the Leadership Pharr program has provided an avenue for local civic, and business leaders to come together and enhance their skills with others in a group setting.
Leadership Pharr is:
- For persons who desire to develop effective leadership skills and to become more knowledgeable about the City of Pharr: it's problems, concerns, opportunities and challenges.
- For persons of leadership or influence in the Pharr, San Juan, Alamo communities who are at a stage in their development when additional education or practical experiences can enhance their capacity to work for greater communication and understanding of community issues.
- For persons who are committed to improving the quality of life in Pharr and the surrounding communities and desire to be involved in the future.
